Shopping with Hanout Shop

Purchasers and accounts
You must be able to enter into a binding purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and protect your email account and sign-in codes. Do not use the shop for fraudulent payments, unauthorized access or unlawful activity.
Products and packs
Descriptions, sizes and ingredient information should be reviewed before purchase. Handcrafted items may vary in color and finish. Check packaging for ingredients, allergens and care instructions; contact us about uncertainties before use. A product pack contains the listed products and quantities, sold at its displayed pack price. Availability depends on both pack limits and component inventory.
Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The server checks prices, quantities, inventory and promo eligibility when you begin checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Stripe handles secure payment. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it; checkout reservations are temporary. An order is paid only after payment confirmation, and an abandoned or failed reservation may expire.
Order issues and cancellations
If a product becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available resolution, including refunding payments when an order cannot be fulfilled. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address correction. Requests depend on the order's fulfilment progress and cannot always be completed after dispatch.
Delivery, returns and refunds
We sell for delivery within the United States. Delivery estimates, return eligibility and refund processing are described in Shipping & returns. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Statutory rights that apply to your purchase are unaffected by these terms.
Website use and external links
Use website content for browsing and purchasing, and do not copy protected material for unauthorized commercial use. External social platforms and payment services maintain their own terms. We may correct listings and update the site; temporary service interruptions can occur.
Applicable law and contact
Applicable Illinois and United States law governs purchases to the extent permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
