Information used by the shop
We receive the details you submit when contacting us, subscribing, signing in or placing an order. These can include your name, email, telephone number, saved addresses, order contents, delivery details and messages. Signing in uses an emailed one-time code. We store protected session tokens and code digests, rather than your reusable password.
Cart and browsing history
Your browser stores your cart, order note and recently viewed product identifiers in local storage. Recently viewed products personalize the home page on that browser and are not linked to your customer account by this feature. Use “Clear history” on the home page to remove that list, or clear your browser's site data. Essential cookies maintain customer and administrator sessions. Blocking storage or cookies can affect shopping and sign-in features.
Payments and fulfilment
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Hanout Shop stores payment references and order details needed to confirm payment, fulfil purchases and handle refunds; our application does not store full card numbers. Hosting, transactional email and delivery providers receive information needed to provide their services. Security controls may use network information to limit abusive requests.
Communications
We use your email for requested sign-in codes, support and order communications. Newsletter subscriptions are recorded when you submit the subscription form. Contact hello@hanoutshop.com to unsubscribe or request removal from our subscriber list.
Retention and security
We retain order records for fulfilment, accounting and applicable legal obligations, and account information while needed to provide your account. Expired sign-in codes and sessions stop authorizing access. We restrict administrative access and protect stored credentials, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Contact hello@hanoutshop.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to exercise rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations. We do not sell customer information or use this application's recently viewed feature for third-party advertising. External YouTube and Facebook links open services with their own privacy practices.
Children and policy changes
The shop is intended for adult purchasers. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Updates will be published here with a revised date.
